I love to Scrapbook. There is so much joy when you can bring a story to life and watch the moments unfold through pictures. Each Scrapbook takes a lot of time, creativity, and passion! You need to really enjoy this to do it multiple times I consider it meticulous and that perfectionist side likes to show it's face.
While doing a scrapbook it can sometimes feel like an overwhelming project that has no end or that you are constantly making improvements to it. This is a frustrating feeling and I find leaving the project to the side for a day or two can offer a fresh and engaging perspective.
Everyone has their own style, knowing yours and what you like will help you make a lot of decisions like what backgrounds, how many pictures per page, what size do you want the album, where will the album be in your home...on and on! Themes are also key to making a storybook of pictures, this includes organizing pictures and having dates as reference. If you're like me you like to have things flow nicely using a theme organization or a chronological system.
